    Tatiana Indina / Expert Profile 2018

     

    Before venturing out as an independent consultant, Tatiana worked in a corporate world and in academia with a number of companies, including Silicon Valley Innovation Center, Moscow Business school, Skolkovo Innovation Center, Russian Academy of Education, East-Side Consulting, New Economic School, Center for New Media and Society and others.


    Tatiana has solid experience in designing and teaching executive education courses for International business schools and MBA programs. With her courses on leadership and management, she lectured in a number of Universities across US (American University; George Washington University; Northwestern University; Fordham University; Florida State University; Hawaii Pacific University).

    Her relevant research interests include Innovation and technology policy, Internet regulations and Internet governance.


    She holds international fellowships from Berkman-Klein Center for Internet and Society (2014), Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (2012), and American University (2013).


    MA degree in Social Psychology from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan) and Ph.D. from Russian Academy of Education (PIRAE, Moscow).


    As a researcher, she was awarded by the Presidential award to young scientists (Russia, 2010), Russian Humanitarian Foundation (2009), Federal Ministry of Education program award (2009-2012); Fulbright International fellowship (Washington DC, 2012) and a range of national and international research grants.


    She was a part of the team of Ranking Digital Rights initiative that evaluates global corporations’ liability to preserve user’s rights in the internet) and a number of Internet Governance study projects with UNESCO (2013), Annenberg School of Communication (Internet Policy Observatory Project, 2014), Peer-to-Peer International project with Harvard University (2015), CyberBRICS project, presented at the UN headquarters (2017) and others.


    Her research background informs her work as a coach and a transformational business trainer for leaders and organizations.
    Her training programs are based on an in-depth analysis of most recent innovation trends and best practices of innovative leaders from Silicon Valley.


    Born in Central Asia, studied in Russia, worked in the US, Tatiana, traveled the world (Eastern & Western Europe, North America & Australia); and became a true cosmopolitan and obtained a global vision that she promotes through her educational programs.


    Tatiana believes that business is the best engine for change. Her dynamic energy and passion help leaders and businesses realize and pursue their innovative potential.
